Clementine is an extraordinary
looking cream Siamese/mix cat! She has freckles on her nose, which gives her a
unique look that matches her unique personality.
Clementine arrived at the Winona Area Humane Society due to the passing of her
owner. She had a difficult time adjusting to the shelter environment and she
spent her first months at the shelter in a cage because she was too frightened
to be in a bay environment.
Over the months Clementine started to accept and look forward to attention and
affection! She would start to walk to the front of the cage when someone was
there to give her a gentle pet. This was a huge achievement for Clementine!
Slowly she was transitioned into a bay, but she is not terribly happy in the
bay. Although she stays quiet most of the time, when another cat comes near her
she gets upset. She, however, loves people! She enjoys being petted and spoken
to quietly and sweetly. She starts to purr almost as soon as the petting starts!
Clementine would love to be an only cat. She is a little older but don’t let
this stop you from considering Clementine for your family. She is a very sweet,
dear feline who would love to find a family that could give her the personal
love and attention she so deserves.
